Kilburn Jackson is a family business started by myself, Caroline Cunningham. I have over 30 years' industry experience across a variety of sectors and roles and 7 years' specifically in Executive Search. The name Kilburn Jackson comes from my Grandmothers' maiden names. They were both exceptional women in different ways and I hope that I have followed in their footsteps, demonstrating the traditional values of honesty, integrity, resilience, adaptability and flexibility in everything that I do both professionally and personally. My family originated from North Yorkshire and Ireland. However, I am now based in West Yorkshire offering a service that covers the UK, ROI and Europe. Our mission is to provide a trusted and effective service by working in close partnership with clients and candidates alike.
