The Role

My client is looking for an experienced Health and Safety Advisor who can monitor performance goals to enhance and continuously improve their Company’s health and safety performance.

If you are passionate about creating safer workplaces, promoting health and sustainability, and managing environmental compliance, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities 

Produce monthly health and safety reports for all site inspections.

Develop and deliver internal workshops as required to ensure that all company managers and employees have the right knowledge and capability with regards to their health and safety responsibilities.

Support with the development, integration and application of Health & Safety Management processes.

Undertake regular site inspections in accordance with safety, health and environment policy and procedures.

Assess the supply chain pre-qualification documents to ensure the business choose the right contractors.

Requirements 

Communication Skills: Ability to engage, train, and support staff at all levels in safety protocols.

Experience: Proven track record as a SHE Advisor or in a similar role with relevant certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or similar)

Organised: you’ll need to bring superb organisation skills, including time management, prioritisation of tasks and self-motivation

Problem Solver: Proactive in identifying issues and implementing practical solutions
